Terms and Conditions – wenpkr Online Gaming Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the wenpkr online gaming platform available at wenpkr.win. The platform offers sports betting, slots, live casino, bingo, fish games and related gaming services — all operated in PKR and designed specifically for players in Pakistan.

By registering an account on wenpkr, depositing funds, or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the wenpkr platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or the wenpkr Android app. References to "wenpkr", "we", "us" or "the platform" throughout this document refer to the wenpkr gaming service at wenpkr.win. References to "you" or "the player" refer to any registered user of the platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the wenpkr platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. wenpkr is strictly an adults-only platform. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and any balance held pending review.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, company or organisation.
• You must provide accurate, honest and complete information during registration, including your real name, valid mobile number and any other details requested.
• You must not already have an existing wenpkr account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be using any VPN, proxy or technical workaround to misrepresent your location or identity during registration or use.

wenpkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This is a standard process to confirm your details and protect your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Account Management

Your wenpkr account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials — your username, password and any linked mobile number. Do not share your login details with anyone else under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact wenpkr support immediately. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility until we are formally notified of a suspected breach.

wenpkr reserves the right to suspend or close any account at our discretion, particularly where we have reason to believe the account has been used in breach of these terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal terms set out below.

4. Deposits

All deposits on wenpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets.

Deposits are credited to your wenpkr account balance in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges — the amount you send is the amount that appears in your account, subject to any minimum deposit thresholds that apply to the selected payment method.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on your chosen payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned or held pending verification.
• wenpkr does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash or Easypaisa) may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside our control.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact wenpkr support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, or to a verified method registered in your name.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes displayed in the withdrawal section of the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the selected method and verification status of your account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction. Current limits are shown when you submit a withdrawal request.
• Balances derived from active bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See the Bonuses section below for full details.
• wenpkr reserves the right to request identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a routine security measure and is not an indication of any issue with your account.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, wallets or payment methods not registered in your name.

If a withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact support with your withdrawal reference and we will investigate promptly.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

wenpkr may offer welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed alongside each individual offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on wenpkr unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered abuse and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are handled separately. Real-money balances are always used first in gameplay. Bonus funds are applied once the real-money balance reaches zero, unless stated otherwise.
• wenpkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including situations where a promotion has been exploited or claimed in bad faith.
• Free bets and bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

All casino games on wenpkr use certified random number generation (RNG) to ensure that outcomes are fair and not influenced by any party. Live casino games are operated by professional dealers in real time. Sports betting odds are set by the platform and reflect market conditions at the time a bet is placed.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a placed bet is not possible except in specific circumstances outlined in the sports betting rules (such as event cancellation or postponement).
• In the event of a technical fault or error that affects game outcomes, wenpkr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
